FamCal is a read-only calendar application that displays all-day events from your Google Calendar in a full-year view. Your privacy is taken seriously, and data access is limited to what is strictly required for the service to function.
FamCal accesses your Google Calendar data only after you explicitly grant permission via Google OAuth. We request read-only access and only retrieve all-day event information needed to render the yearly calendar view.
FamCal does not access event descriptions beyond what is necessary, nor does it modify or create calendar events.
Calendar data is used solely to display your all-day events within the FamCal interface. We do not analyze, profile, share, sell, or use your calendar data for advertising or marketing purposes.
FamCal stores minimal authentication data (such as OAuth access tokens) required to securely connect to your Google Calendar. Calendar events themselves are fetched directly from Google at runtime and are not permanently stored on FamCal servers.
FamCal uses Google APIs to access calendar data. Use of those APIs is governed by Google's own privacy policies and terms.
You may revoke FamCal's access to your Google Calendar at any time through your Google Account permissions or by disconnecting your account within the application. Once access is revoked, FamCal will no longer be able to retrieve your calendar data.
